The tranquil Val Ultimo is the ideal location for a Yoga retreat. Snowshoes allow you to delve deeply into the pristine forests far from the slopes. Fresh air and a clear view will allow you to perceive nature with all your senses for a unique and memorable winter experience. Winter doesn’t have to be a season to hibernate and stay home until the cold weather ends, instead, why not embrace the winter spirit?

A typical day will start with a yoga session, walks in the great outdoors, and relax in the afternoon in the nice and warm family run hotel, where have time to enjoy South Tirolean hospitality or warm ourselves up in the wonderful SPA area.

The Yoga: we will start our days with an energizing flow yoga class with a vigorous, full-spectrum flow of yoga postures. This practice will invigorate you. We will focus on gentle heart opening as well as core strengthening to increase circulation and warm you up from the inside out. You will release tension and stress as you cultivate a deep sense of harmony and relaxation that will rejuvenate your body, warm your heart, and calm your mind.

Our accomodation: Genießer Hotel Alpenhof in St. Walburg, a small village at 1600m. It’a a family run hotel, where Roland is the chef and Angelika takes care of the reception. Do we have to mention the legendary culinary delights of South Tirolean cuisine? Yes, we think so! Treat yourself with healthy, natural and regional organic food.

Good health and fitness for 4-5 hours of hiking on hiking trails with proper ascents and descents are a must. Our Hatha Yoga is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome.

The nearest train station is Meran. From here take the bus 299. The hotel can organize a pick-up from the bus station “Seerast”.
Arrival the first evening until 17:00 for the welcome drink and introduction.
